1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to the official website of “The Alastair Isaac Shooting Star Foundation”. Access to and use of our website (www.alastairshootingstar.org) are governed by these Terms and Conditions. By browsing this site, you fully accept the conditions described herein. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the site.
2. Purpose and Mission of the Site
This website aims to inform the public about our initiatives, promote the “BEYOND GRIEF” exhibition, and facilitate fundraising. Our primary goal is to create a fund to allow young people in difficult situations to access private clinical / therapeutic services which are unaffordable to most.
3. Donation Methods and Fund Management
“The Alastair Isaac Shooting Star Foundation” does not directly collect funds or process financial transactions on its website.
Donation flow: all donations are made via bank transfer (IBAN) or other direct methods to the Fondo Filantropico Italiano, our official partner.
Allocation: our Foundation, in agreement with the Fondo Filantropico Italiano, will allocate the collected resources to partner programs and organizations (such as Progetto Itaca, Dynamo, and Yes We Can ) to support youth in difficulty.
No financial data: our website will never request or store your credit card details or bank account credentials.
Receipts and Tax Deductibility: since the transaction physically occurs towards the Fondo Filantropico Italiano, tax receipts and procedures for the deductibility of the donation (according to the donor’s country regulations) will be subject to the Fund’s procedures. We recommend consulting your tax advisor.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the site, including texts, logos, graphics, and digitized artworks related to our “BEYOND GRIEF” exhibition , are the exclusive property of “The Alastair Isaac Shooting Star Foundation” or the respective artists and creatives collaborating with us. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of such materials without our explicit written consent is strictly prohibited.

To provide more information and enable donations, our site includes links to partner organizations (primarily Fondo Filantropico Italiano) and external services.
